The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. Payments:<\/p><\/div>

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and wire transfer. We also ship factory direct worldwide. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. All goods remain the property of Glenmar Technology LLC until payment has been received in full.<\/p>

Outstanding balances not settled within 30 days of invoice will accrue interest at 2% above the outstanding balance per month. Balances unpaid after 60 days may be referred to a collections agency or pursued through appropriate legal channels. You will be responsible for any associated administrative or legal costs. Returned checks incur a $25 processing fee.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Cancellation Policy:<\/p><\/div>

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@glenmartech.com. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee for orders cancelled after processing has begun.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Termination and Refunds:<\/p><\/div>

Either party may terminate a service agreement at any time. Where services have not yet commenced, any prepaid amounts will be refunded in full. Where services are already underway, no refund will be issued for the portion already delivered. For product returns, please refer to our Returns Policy page or contact our support team directly. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
